SPFU puts Aeroc, a company owned by a Russian oligarch, up for sale

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the terms of privatisation of 100% of the authorised capital of Aeroc LLC, which previously belonged to sanctioned Russian oligarch Andrey Molchanov. This was reported by the press service of the State Property Fund, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The auction for the sale of Aerok’s assets confiscated from Molchanov will take place on 19 December 2024. The starting price is UAH 965.3 million.
The approved privatisation terms include:
- preservation of the type of activity;
- repayment of wage arrears to employees and the budget;
- repayment of overdue accounts payable, except for debts to individuals and legal entities subject to sanctions and related parties, as well as creditors whose beneficiaries are citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus.
- preventing dismissal of employees for a period of 6 months with the provision of social guarantees to employees;
- compliance with the requirements and restrictions of environmental legislation;
- implementation of the existing collective agreement and conclusion of a new one for the subsequent periods after the expiry of the current one, as well as employment of the dismissed employees in accordance with the law.
“The auction will be held in the Prozorro.Sale electronic system, which will ensure transparency and openness of the auction. All funds received as a result of the sale of nationalised (sanctioned) assets will be credited to the State Budget of Ukraine and directed to the fund for liquidation of the consequences of armed aggression,” the SPFU said.
As a reminder, Aeroc LLC, through LSR Group (Russia), was owned by sanctioned Russian oligarch Andrey Molchanov and was confiscated in 2022. According to the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court of 22 August 2023 and the decision of the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court of 10 October, 100% of the share in the charter capital of Aeroc LLC was recovered for the benefit of the state. The company was then transferred to the management of the State Property Fund.
Aeroc LLC is one of the leading manufacturers of aerated concrete products in Ukraine. The plant has production facilities in Kyiv and Lviv regions.
