For the attention of business: new requirements for fiscal checks will be in effect from March 1

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has extended the transitional period for the introduction of new requirements for the form and content of payment documents until March 1, 2025. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance, Komersant ukrainskyi informs
It is noted that until March 1, registrars of payment transactions, versions of which are included in the State Register of Cash Registers and Payment Transaction Registers, are allowed to generate documents in the old form.
“At the same time, enterprises have the right to introduce new forms of fiscal checks by the specified date, but this is not mandatory,” the Ministry of Finance emphasizes.
It adds that the relevant rules are set out in the order of the Ministry of Finance No. 674 dated December 30, 2024 “On Amendments to Clause 4 of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No. 601 dated November 22, 2024”, which was registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 31, 2024.
As emphasized by the Ministry of Finance, these orders are currently being prepared for official publication and will come into force on the day following the day of publication in the official gazette.
