Up to 24 and thunderstorms: weather forecast for April 18

Today, April 18, the weather will be warm throughout Ukraine, with strong winds. However, rains and thunderstorms are expected in several regions. This is reported by Komersant ukrainskyi with reference to the Ukrainian Weather Center.
According to forecasters, on April 18, the weather in Ukraine will be determined by a high pressure field. Only in Transcarpathia and Prykarpattia will the influence of an atmospheric front be felt during the day, which will cause light short-term rain, sometimes with thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be without precipitation.
Throughout the day, the weather will be warm throughout Ukraine, which will not be harmed even by southerly winds with gusts of 7-12 m/s. Only on the seashore will the maximum temperature be slightly lower due to the cool water surface.
The air temperature at night will fluctuate between 7…12 °C, during the day 19…24 °C, and on the coast 15…20 °C.
On Friday, April 18, Kyiv and Kyiv region will experience warm spring weather without precipitation. The thermometer will show 18… 24 °C during the day.
Southeast wind with gusts of 7-12 m/s is expected.
The air temperature in the Kyiv region will fluctuate between 7 and 12 °C at night, and will rise to 19 and 24 °C during the day. In Kyiv itself, it will be no colder: at night 10…12 °C, and during the day the thermometer will “jump” to 21…23 °C.
