Diia has resumed providing three services for business

The Diia portal is expanding opportunities for Ukrainians once again: three important services for business and personal affairs have returned to the system. Now, in a few clicks, you can update your sole proprietorship data, get extracts or real estate certificates without queues and paperwork. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Komersant ukrainskyi reports

“Important services for business and personal affairs are back on the Diia portal. We have returned three super useful services so that you can do everything in a few clicks, not with papers in a queue,” the statement reads.

What services are back

Information from the State Register of Real Property Rights

It is now possible to obtain information about real estate registered to an individual or legal entity again. The portal combines requests to several registers, so you don’t need to search for information separately.

Everything is in one request, in electronic form, in a few minutes.

Making changes to sole proprietorship data

Now sole proprietors can update their registration data online again:

• change their full name;
• update contact information;
• indicate a new location;
• change or add types of economic activity (KVED).

And all this without visiting government agencies. You just submit an application in Diia, and it is automatically sent to the registrar.

Extract from the Unified State Register

Get an official extract about your business or other person from the Unified State Register quickly and conveniently. You can download the document in PDF format and provide it to banks, partners, or regulatory authorities as needed.

How to use the services in Diia?

To access these services, follow a few simple steps:

Log in to the Diia portal using your electronic signature or BankID.

Select the desired service from the list:

• Real estate information.
• Change of individual entrepreneur data.
• Extract from the Unified State Register.

Fill out a short form with the required information.

Get the result: download the certificate or extract in PDF format to your device or send it to your email.

The process takes from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the service. All documents are legally binding and can be used for official purposes.

How to get data from the real estate register online

This service allows you to obtain a certificate about a real estate object. The cost of the service is 40 UAH, but the price may vary depending on the amount of information provided.

The certificate includes data from four registers.

• State Register of Rights to Real Estate;
• Register of ownership rights to real estate;
• State Register of Mortgages;
• Unified Register of Prohibitions on Alienation of Real Estate.

To obtain a certificate, you will need a qualified electronic signature.

How to make changes to the sole proprietor’s data

You canchange your sole proprietorshipdata online in Diia without involving a state registrar. For this purpose, there is a free version of the function – changing contact information or KVED.

For 230 UAH of administrative fee, you can update your full name or place of registration.

However, to update the taxpayer number or passport data, you must contact the ASC offline.

How can a sole proprietor get an extract from the USR

This service is paid and includes an administrative fee of UAH 110. To obtain an extract, you need to:

1. Go to the service page and click “Get an extract”.
2. Log in (or register) in the citizen’s account.
3. Check the accuracy of personal data and update it if necessary.
4. Check the information about the individual entrepreneur. If everything is correct, make a payment.

The extract will be available within a few minutes after payment. You can download it in the “Received documents” section in your personal account on the Diia portal.
