According to nutritionists, it’s best to eat lard in the morning, as this is how you can get the most out of this product. The main benefits of eating lard in the morning include the following:

  1. High content of choline, which promotes the breakdown of fats, as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids, which help cleanse blood vessels of cholesterol plaques and counteract inflammation;
  2. The content of selenium, potassium, phosphorus, copper, zinc, potassium and vitamins of group A, B, D, E, which are necessary for the proper functioning of the body;
  3. Improving bile production, which helps to improve digestion;
