Former MP from the Servant of the People party Iryna Kormyshkina, who is suspected of illicit enrichment, has become the chairman of the Supervisory Board of PAEK-AGRO LLC. This was announced by the former MP herself and her husband, the owner of the PAEK group of companies, Yuriy Kormyshkin.
“I am sincerely grateful that she has agreed to join the family business and take over the support of these enterprises, control over the implementation of activities and the fulfillment of strategic goals for the development of companies,” Kormyshkin wrote.

The main focus of the company’s activities in 2025 will be the purchase and sale of agricultural products. Thanks to Iryna Kormyshkina’s experience in international relations, economics and legislation, the company plans to strengthen its presence in the markets of Europe and neighboring countries.
“In 2025, PAEK-TRADE LLC will be engaged in the purchase and sale of agricultural products. Iryna’s experience as a competent specialist in international relations, economic issues and the legislative framework will allow us to strengthen the company’s representation both in Europe and the neighboring countries,” explained Kormyshkina’s husband.
As one of the leading companies in the holding, PAEK-AGRO specializes in growing grain and industrial crops. In 2025, the company intends to increase grain production and pay special attention to improving seed production.
He said that with his wife’s involvement in the agricultural business, “relying on her extensive experience as a manager, financier and international cooperation specialist,” PAEK Group wants to become “one of the key traders and exporters of agricultural products in Ukraine.”
“The goals are ambitious and we have everything to achieve them,” he added.

The scandal surrounding Kormyshkina began after NABU notified her of suspicion of illicit enrichment. In October last year, NABU and SAPO notified Kormyshkina of suspicion because of her 20 million dollars in assets of dubious origin.
Subsequently, the MP was bailed out by the head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, and the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Kim.
A few weeks ago, MP Kormyshkina was served a notice of suspicion of failure to declare her assets.
As a reminder, in 2020, a video was circulated online in which the head of the Servant of the People party and the head of the faction, MPs Oleksandr Kornienko and David Arakhamia discussed their colleague Iryna Allakhverdieva, comparing her to a “ship’s pine tree.”
In 2023, Allakhverdieva married Yurii Kormyshkin, a member of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, and changed her surname. Kormyshkin is the owner of the PAEK agricultural holding.
