Cryptocurrency businessmen, or as they call themselves, the “Cryptocurrency Brothers,” have pooled their desires and finances to build a 15-foot (4.5 meters) tall statue in honor of Donald Trump, who managed to resist the assassination attempt. This was reported by The Sunday Times, Komersant ukrainskyi informs.

The customers insisted that the sculpture look like it was made of gold. The Trump statue will be unveiled before his inauguration in Washington on January 20.

The sculptor Alan Cottrill has previously had similar orders. For example, he cast bronze statues of 16 former presidents in a foundry. His bronze statue of Thomas Edison even found a place in the National Sculpture Hall in the U.S. Capitol building.

One of the customers of the Trump statue, explaining his idea, recalled that Donald Trump, who once ridiculed cryptocurrency as a fraud, began to express more and more support for it. “The Crypto Brothers were inspired by the scene with Trump after the assassination attempt, when he raised his clenched fist after the shots. According to the businessman, the idea was to capture “one of the most iconic moments and show our gratitude for his passion for cryptocurrency.”

As a reminder, the attempted assassination of US presidential candidate Donald Trump took place on July 14, when he was speaking to his supporters in Butler, Pennsylvania. Then, suddenly, the sounds of gunshots were heard.

The video that was shared online at the time showed the politician grabbing his bloody ear after the incident. There was also a photo of Trump raising his hand in front of the American flag.
