Instagrammer Alina Shamanska, who has lived in the United States almost all the time since the beginning of the full-scale invasion and whose ex-husband Ruslan Khanumak recently fled Ukraine, has become the host of the new project Dialogues of Power and an ambassador of the Presidential Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.
The video posted by the blogger on her Instagram page says that the project includes a series of interviews with the heads of the ULAs. Also in the video, Oleksiy Kuleba, deputy head of the OP, comments on the project and says that Shamanska was chosen as an ambassador of the Presidential Congress “for her desire and professionalism”.

sent an official request from the Office to the President of Ukraine regarding the customers and contractors of the Dialogues of Power project, as well as the amount and sources of funding.
He has not received a response on the sources of funding for the Dialogues of Power project . Instead, the President’s Office noted the importance of involving celebrities in the country’s activities.
“Public figures with significant personal experience, knowledge and authority have repeatedly expressed their willingness to join the work of the Congress as ambassadors,” the Office said.
The Presidential Office did not specify what kind of knowledge and authority Shamanska has. It is also still an open question whether Shamanska receives remuneration or a salary for her work in the project.
“The ambassador carries out her activities on a voluntary basis, which, in turn, is based on the principles of voluntariness, gratuitousness, observance of public interests, interests of local and regional authorities, and interests of Congress,” the OP said, without specifying whether this information applies to Shamanska.
As part of the Dialogues of Power project, the blogger has already interviewed the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration Ivan Fedorov, asking him most questions about his personal life, not about the city. It is not yet known who her new guest will be, nor is the “quality” of the instagrammer’s questions to her future guests.
