During the attack on Chernihiv by Russian drones, the wreckage of the drones fell on the outskirts of the city. The head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, reported this on Telegram, Komersant ukrainskyi reports
He said that on the outskirts of Chernihiv, non-residential and non-industrial buildings were on fire.
“Chess pieces are still in the air,” the head of the MVA reminded, “Stay in shelters!!!” he warned.
Late in the evening of 2 September, the Russian occupiers launched kamikaze drones across Ukraine for another attack. As a result, an air alert was declared in a number of regions of Ukraine.
According to the Air Force Command, enemy attack drones entered the country’s airspace from the north.
Earlier, a series of explosions were reported in Chernihiv. There were also explosions in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro.
