US President Joe Biden enjoys less support from voters in at least seven states than his likely election rival, former President Donald Trump. These data were released by Bloomberg, Kommersant Ukrainian reports
The opinion poll showed that Trump is currently ahead of Biden in seven key states – Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, and Wisconsin.
In total, 48% of voters there said they would support Trump, while 43% said they would support Biden.
Trump’s advantage is strongest in North Carolina, where he leads Biden by 9 percentage points with 50% support compared to Biden’s 41%.
North Carolina, where Trump won the 2020 election, was the only state where the former president received at least 50% support in the new poll.
However, none of the candidates received majority support in any of the other key states.
At the same time, a large proportion of respondents said Trump was dangerous, and a significant percentage expressed concern about Biden’s age. Eight out of 10 voters in key states said that 81-year-old Biden is too old for the job. At the same time, less than half of respondents believe that 77-year-old Donald Trump is too old for the presidency.
US elections
The US presidential election will be held on 5 November 2024. This will be the 60th presidential election in America.
They will be preceded by primaries, the election, the winners of which will compete for the presidency.
In the next election, voters will elect the electoral college, which will elect a new US president and vice president in 41 days, in December 2024.
Elections to both houses of Congress will also be held: The House of Representatives and one third of the Senate.

He continues to be fit for duty and fully performs all of his duties without any exceptions or accommodations.
