Aurora multimarket chain has opened a distribution center with an area of more than 7,000 square meters in Stoyanka, Kyiv region.

This was reported by the company’s press service, Komersant ukrainskyi reports.

It is noted that this is the first stage of a large-scale investment project aimed at restoring the West Gate Logistic logistics complex, which was damaged during enemy shelling.

The chain reports that the distribution center will initially serve 150 stores in Kyiv and Kyiv region. Within a few months, this figure will increase to 250 outlets.

Aurora is also working on expanding other logistics facilities. In particular, by the end of February 2025, the distribution center in Lviv will be scaled up – the warehouse will move from 9,000 to 20,000 square meters.

“Amid the war, we understand how important it is to invest in the future of Ukraine, create new jobs and pay taxes. Such investments contribute not only to the growth of our network, but also to strengthening economic stability in the regions where we operate. We are confident that these steps will help to provide additional opportunities for the development of local communities and create new jobs,” said Lesia Klymenko, co-founder and CFO of Aurora.

As of February 2025, Aurora operates four distribution centers and two logistics hubs.
