ARMA announces new selection of manager of Gulliver shopping center

The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has launched a new tender to select a manager for the Gulliver shopping center in Kyiv. This was is reported on the ARMA website, Komersant ukrainskyi reports

The auction will be held on the Prozorro platform on May 13. It is about the management of one of the largest shopping centers in the capital with an area of more than 151 thousand square meters and a market value of UAH 7.6 billion.

“In fact, it will be more, as the auction results will require the manager to pay more than 70% of the profit to the state budget,” ARMA said.

The National Agency said it would not allow entities related to the former owners or affiliated with the Russian Federation to manage the seized assets.

In March, the ARMA rejected all three bidders in the previous tender for the management of the Gulliver shopping center. As explained by the agency, none of the bidders met all the requirements of the tender documentation.

As a reminder, the Shevchenkivsky District Court of Kyiv transferred the property of the Gulliver shopping and entertainment center owned by businessman Viktor Polishchuk to the National Agency for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA).
