Farmers can receive 25% compensation: the programme covers more than 11.8 thousand units of agricultural machinery

The Ministry of Economy has expanded the list of agricultural machinery and equipment of Ukrainian producers, for the purchase of which farmers can receive 25% of the cost from the state. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Ministry of Economy.
The programme now includes 11,771 pieces of equipment from 133 Ukrainian companies.
“Another 7 new companies producing agricultural machinery and equipment have joined the state programme. The list of Ukrainian machinery, for the purchase of which the state compensates farmers 25% of the cost, has increased by 324 items and amounts to almost 11.8 thousand items,” said Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

How farmers can get 25% compensation for the cost of purchased machinery
To benefit from the state support programme and receive 25% compensation for the cost of purchased machinery or equipment, an agricultural producer must select a supplier from the List on the Ministry of Economy’s website, purchase the necessary machinery and submit an application and supporting documents to an authorised bank.
The application must be submitted in electronic form using an electronic signature or other means of identification that allow the identity of the director or authorised person to be established.
The list of machinery and equipment is regularly updated after verification of the localisation of production. Compliance of manufacturers is established in accordance with the criteria set out in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 130 dated 1 March 2017 (as amended).
